One Vinaigrette to Rule Them All

I refuse to buy salad dressing. Store bought dressing is full of sodium, and once I tried homemade salad dressing I never looked back. What’s great about my go-to vinaigrette recipe is that most ingredients are already in my pantry (or in the herb garden outside). I can also add or substitute ingredients for a different flavor. I mix my salad dressing in a bullet blender, but you could use a regular blender, hand blender, or bottle blender.

Rosemary Balsamic Vinaigrette

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 heaping tablespoon minced garlic
1 heaping tablespoon grain mustard
1 large handful Rosemary sprigs
1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper

Yields: about 12 ounces

Enjoy!
