As far as drinking wine is concerned, Cercei Lannister is my spirit animal. I love her panache and unapologetic wine drinking habits. I’m also a collector hoarder of stemware. So years ago when we first met her in Season 1 of HBO’s Game of Thrones, I just had to get my hands on a set of goblets. I ordered a set of circa 1960-1970 Colony Glass Company crown goblets in dark amber on ebay. Small, but I liked the look. These glasses are only used during Game of Thrones viewings.
Next, I found a cheap charm bracelet on Etsy with 10 sigils. I removed the charms from the bracelet and strung them up on ribbon with the corresponding banner colors for each great house. I cut 12″ strips of ribbon, matched colors to sigils, tied a knot on either side of the charm, and tied the ribbon in a bow around the stem of each goblet.
